What exactly makes a dairy good European? I’ve asked myself this in Trader Joe’s many times. 
cheese: did they do that to goats more than two thousand years ago?

Off the top of my head, I believe the first cheese was produced in the region now known as Poland, circa 4,000 years ago… okay, I’ll vote! I’m interested enough!
