Continuing the discussion from January 14, 2019:
Not really apropos of what @trashHeap was reporting, but e works in higher ed, so is likely to have some experience with various LMS, in a way that I am not. We may both disagree with how decisions get made, but I don’t know the considerations that go into choosing solutions for a larger school.
However, I do have a lot of experience, since every two years I spend a month installing all FOSS LMS I can, and judge them so hard.
This could take the form of two things:
- A straight directory of items, with fields to sort, all that
- A Wirecutter-style commentary doc, with our thinking
