I love this picture, and now I have it digitized! 
This is by Bryan Wong (bryanyw - Hobbyist | DeviantArt), someone whose creations I enjoy, and was always a happy moment seeing em at the cons. On their DA they apparently took a 8 year break, and started up again in 2019.
