i had very bad dreams. they were extremely detailed and involved being unable to see clearly or think, probably because i fell asleep on the couch again, where my CPAP machine isn’t, so i was asphyxiating in the night lol. i was trying to text someone and i couldn’t, because an ad for a math game kept covering my screen, and in the dream, i just had to accept ads were a part of using any phone for any amount of time to do anything. it was a horrible dream for other reasons too. there were stairs? and a swimming pool but i didn’t want to be wet? and it was cold. and a lot of other things.
it’s amazing how much caffeine improves my mood. i’ve noticed it in the last seven weeks while i’ve been back and work. getting caffeine in my system completely changes my outlook.
i know it, i have observed it, and i believe it, but so often i refuse to help myself and don’t do things that i know work. why???
