I got these mushrooms from our CSA produce box. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what do with them? I am making pizza tomorrow but am not sure which kind even to use for that.

That photo looks like a spread from a textbook on mushrooms. So… there are mushroom farms? A single farm, with many kinds of mushrooms? They plant… spores?

@susan put them on pizza and it was great and made me realize mushrooms are gross to photograph, so you’ll have to take my word for it.
