This pdf is from a CFS/Fibromyalgia support website. http://cfsselfhelp.org/files/Self_Help_II_Textbook.pdf I’ve just printed it out (double-sided, and two pages per side, so only 7 sheets of paper this way) so I can fill it in with a very thin pen and highlight things, so I can focus on actually reading it. I’ll report back on whether it’s helpful.
