Challenging a rent increase in Oakland

Despite being misplaced each winter due to leaks, a build in general disrepair, us being told to not use our balcony due to repairs they haven’t done in over a year, the Lapham Management company continues to raise our rent each year.

I am challenging it.

So far this sucks, mostly because Oakland doesn’t make it easy to find the info, linked from relevant info.
