I’ll be moving all my functionality snippets into per-site plugins, but I’ll keep using it for development. Did you get hit by this bug?
Update: The plugin has been updated to 2.10.1.1. Update as you normally would; if that isn’t possible, remove the Code Snippets directory on your server and replace it with the latest plugin downloaded from the public repo.
