I keep writing notes to myself about what to include in a game database, but it occurs to me I ought to seek out prior art, and also see what kinda data is out there already.
If you know of a publicly-accessible database of gaming data, let me know! 
Hmmm, I might change this to Make a game database, considering I’m jonesing to do so.
I found someone recently, they are involved in Wikidata, and they made a list of video game databases to tie to items in order to assist with fact checking, that kinda thing. I should use their list as a base.
This quest has been satisfied by my work with lists, and sifting through data sources.
For the most part, we’re building our own in #gaming and #prudence.
