It has been about three years since I built Oakland Local. A lot has happened in that time, we are on the internet after all!
I will have a lot more to say soon, but for now I wanted to announce that I am joining the team that produces Oakland Local. I will be something like a lead developer/designer/strategist. Basically, I have a vision for OL that encompasses a more open and transparent approach to developing the site and its programs as a community service.
