new showerhead is awesome.
How so?
it’s the “upgrade pick” on the wirecutter. i used to have access to a previous model in a … previous life and i loved it, so i’ve been looking at it on amazon for several years.
- it has a hose and wand! i love wand attachments so much! i’ve really missed it!
- the wand connects with a MAGNET, which i’ve never seen before. it’s so cool and super convenient even when i’m blind in the shower.
- the wand has many modes from gentle showers to partial showers to firmer streams.
- the main showerhead is a big disc that makes gentle rain, and does not itself have modes.
- but you can set a lever to one of three settings: main only, main and wand, or wand only! that’s cool.
- pressure is really nice. volume is really nice. it feels super luxurious.
i’ve been doing a lot of home improvement and it feels good to fix something so important. #self-care, unironically
i feel guilty for feeling nice, but i’ll…work on that. by taking beautifully luxurious wonderful showers that make me feel happy.

The person at the property management company added me to the end of an email thread with another person. I have the entire conversation history. This is the third time this has happened.
Lapham Management company is a bad company, as in they are bad at their very basic job, and I don’t trust anyone that uses their services.
