I can’t sleep! Sometimes I worry I get a little bit manic after a week of lying in bed sick.

I control my sleep patterns on a 48 hour cycle: if I want to ensure I’m awake or asleep in 48 hours, I start acclimating.

When I get sick and sleep a lot, I start planning the next 48 hours. :slight_smile:

Figure out your adjustment cycle length, you figure out sleep.

Or try what my friend tomasino did: join the navy where they beat insomnia out of you (second hand story!). :grimacing:

Hanging at the library, crunching tasks, until picking up peeps from travel. :slight_smile:
