I have this note, not sure what I was describing, but it sounds like a fun card game.
Wizards are alchemists that make fireworks. They manage companies, of course, and have to hit those quotas!
Goblins are spirits that will resort to guerilla mischief to get their materials back from wizards.
Various figures need fireworks for their celebrations (after a dragon-slaying, or successful war, whatevs).
