Interesting ideas for game jams which may or may not allready exist (but we suspect not).

Ideation
1
  • Games that confront environmental problems in meaningful ways.
  • Narrative based games which feature non-violent conflict resolution, outside of dating sims.
  • Games with different takes on historical travel and exploration, aside and in addition to Oregon Trail survival games.
  • More Carmen Sandiego, maybe less larceny. Like Assassin’s Creed, but more fun facts, less murder hobo.

While I fundamentally disagree with the sentiment, it occurs to me it is a really neat idea to have in mind for developing a game, story, or character. A great jam idea, if for nothing more than to see how it is interpreted. :slight_smile:

This is the idea for old style 4X strategy games, FPS FFA modes, and battle royale games like PUBG and Fortnite, right?
