Continuing the discussion from Arcadia Legends:

This seemed like a neat game when it came out. I wonder if it has been released on PC.

No PC release. Dreamcast and Gamecube only. Though my understanding is that dolphin plays the gamecube version quite well on PC. Gamecube one might be preferable for emulation. I played it on dreamcast there is some niceities the game does with the VMU lcd screen in the dreamcast controller that they adapted to the main screen in the gamecube version.

I hunted down an optical drive that can rip gamecube games a couple months ago but haven’t put it to good use yet…

Wow, I hadn’t thought of that in a while. I miss the Dreamcast, and Phantasy Star Online, but not the $400 phone bill I got once for playing PSO on a Dreamcast while travelling and they lied about “local numbers”.

I do not miss dialup!

I updated this to include both versions, since the differences won’t matter for most of the factual stuff.

What else do we want to know about Skies of Arcadia? :slight_smile:
